The complete neighborhood has assembled in the courtyard of the building after hearing Shobha shout, that she had seen a thief in the building. Shekhar’s father asks everyone to check their respective homes and see if anything is missing. On the other hand, Shekhar accompanied by a neighbor is searching on the terrace for the thief. Meanwhile downstairs, Sharmishtha goes into Swara’s bedroom and removes the blanket covering Swara, but is shocked to see a line of pillows under the blanket.
