Tulsi is the daughter of Raghavbapa, who is a folk singer and poojari. Tulsi is an adult but because of an accident in her childhood, her brain has not developed with age. Raghavbapa and his friend, Digvijay, had fixed their children Tulsi and Abhijit's marriage when they were just born.
