A young man, Kalicharan is rejected as a candidate for the police department, so he decides to take law in his hand and teach the rowdies in his area, a lesson. Soon, the word of his rowdiness spreads and his mother discovers it, thus making him reveal that he is secretly working as an informer for the police.
